North filter Filtration manufacture HEPA Filters with the standard Deep Pleat HEPA Filters constructed to order to suit any particular size and application requirements alongside the Mini Pleat HEPA Filters which are designed for the air intake and extract systems of critical applications where high-efficiency filtration is necessary and will give protection to the sub-micron level. The Multi Wedge HEPA Filters built where strict quality control is enforced throughout manufacture and on completion each individual Filter is tested and certified.

 

Deep Pleat HEPA Filter
The Deep Pleat HEPA Filters are designed for the air-intake and extract systems of critical applications where high-efficiency filtration is necessary and will give protection to the sub-micron level.  HEPA Filters are normally used as 'Final' Filters and must be protected by pre-Filters Grade F7 or higher as this will ensure an optimal operating life span is achieved.  Strict quality control is enforced throughout manufacture and on completion, each individual Deep Pleat HEPA Filter is tested and certified

Standard HEPA Filters (Grades H10-H14 to BS EN1822)
These Standard HEPA Filters will be constructed to order to match your particular size and application requirements

A wide range of filtration efficiencies is offered in the range of 95% - 99.995%.  Deep Pleat HEPA Filter have case depths of 152mm and 305mm nominal and are available with a variety of width and height dimensions to suit airflow rate requirements
